本体の外観・程度は良いほうです。少しキズ・汚れなどがあります。
Ｇ端子のつまみがありません。シリアル番号は本体には明記されております。
内部のスイッチ清掃などすべてのスイッチでメンテナンス済みです。
内部メイン抵抗回路の誤差を最小とするためメイン抵抗器に影響しない
可変抵抗器（１０Ωステップの全部）、固定抵抗器（１Ωステップの一部）を内部回路に
組み込み済みです。現在最適調整済みとなっています。発送時再校正・調整予定です。

ＨＡＲＳは実際の発生抵抗値は設定値に残留抵抗を加算する必要があります。
同じ抵抗発生範囲、同レベル確度のＹＯＫＯＧＡＷＡ２７９３０１　６ダイヤル可変抵抗器
と比較ですが大きさが横幅は同じですが太さは一回り小さく重量も半分しかないため
取扱がしやすい点ですね。抵抗温度係数がすべてのステップで規定されております。
２７９３０１が最低抵抗０．１Ωに対してＨＡＲＳはゼロ設定も可能ですので各ステップの
最大電流まで流すことが可能です。例えば０．１Ω設定で１．６Ａまでが最大電流と
なっているのはいずれも同じですが、ＨＡＲＳは０．１Ωステップ以上はゼロ設定
０．０１Ωステップ以下では４Ａまで最大電流を流せます。
ＹＯＫＯＧＡＷＡ２７９３０１は最低抵抗０．１Ωなので１．６Ａ以上流すことは出来ません。

お送りするＨＡＲＳは下記の試験データにもありますが仕様確度
±０．０１％±２ｍΩの半分以下±０．００５％±１ｍΩ程度の
実測誤差になっています。製品詳細はＩＥＴ社　ＨＡＲＳをご覧ください。

電気計測超精密研究所では入荷時と出荷時の最低５回校正を実施して
おりますので、明らかに製品仕様を満たさない故障と考えられる異常な短時間
変化が無いことと、正常範囲内の経年変化であることを確認しています。

校正・検査は校正済みの３４５８Ａ／Ｒ６５８１などの８桁半デジタルマルチメータ
５桁半マルチファンクションキャリブレータ　９０００、その他標準抵抗器を使用しました。

上記試験データは参考測定値です。上記の試験データにありますように上記の試験確度で
測定しており実際には０．０００２％／±０．０００２Ωの桁数まで意味のある測定値
ですが本器仕様確度に有効な表示桁数にして公開しています。
一般的な６桁半マルチメータ（３４４０１Ａなど）でも表示桁数は上記試験データ同様に
出ますが例えば１００Ωレンジで「１００．０１４Ω」と表示されても測定確度±０．０１％
±４ｍΩですから実際の正確な値は「１００．０００Ω～１００．０２８Ω」の範囲内です。
同様に電気計測超精密研究所での校正だと「１００．０１３３Ω～１００．０１４７Ω」です。

一般的な５桁半マルチメータ（３４４５０Ａなど）では校正など出来るハズも無く
点検レベルでも不可能です。仮に正しく校正されており正しい接続であっても
例えば、測定確度±（０．０５％＋０．００８％）／（１００Ω・１ｋΩレンジ）
としますと設定０．１００Ω発生確度は可変抵抗器仕様±０．００２Ω
同上仕様の５桁半マルチメータでは±０．００８Ω　　測定確度のほうが４倍悪い
設定１ｋΩ発生確度は可変抵抗器仕様±０．０１％±０．００２Ω＝±０．１０２Ω
同上仕様の５桁半マルチメータでは±０．５８Ω　　測定確度のほうが５倍以上悪い
上記のように５桁半マルチメータでの測定確度のほうが可変抵抗器仕様より
はるかに悪いためお話になりません。本来は可変抵抗器仕様のほうが測定確度
より５倍良いので校正対象が逆となりますね？！。もっとも設定０．１００Ωでは
正しい測定値としては０．０９８Ω～０．１０２Ωになっていないといけません。
さらに残留抵抗値はこの５桁半マルチメータでは測定確度±０．００８Ωなので
仮に可変抵抗器が０．０００１Ωの桁まで安定していても０．００１Ωの桁すら
マトモに測定出来ませんので点検レベルにもなってないことがわかります。
電気計測超精密研究所での校正で１Ω以下の測定の場合、４端子測定確度は
±０．００００４Ωなので測定値は０．０００１Ωの桁にはあまり影響しません。
（上記の４端子測定確度は８桁半マルチメータＨＰ３４５８Ａを使用した場合。）
（７桁半マルチメータ：ナノボルト・マイクロオームメータＨＰ３４４２０Ａを
　使用しますと測定電流は１０ｍＡにて１．２Ω以下の測定の場合、４端子測定
　確度は±０．００００１７Ωとなります。）

ＹＯＫＯＧＡＷＡ　２７９３０１や同等品の旧商品名ＹＥＷ　２７９３などですと
内部各スイッチ接触の劣化により正しくメンテナンスしないとゼロや安定度が悪く
正常には使用出来ない場合がほとんどです。
ＨＡＲＳの各ステップの内部スイッチは４回路並列で銀メッキ接点となっている
ため０．００１Ωの桁はもちろん、０．０００１Ωの桁まで安定・再現される
こともめずらしくありません。残留抵抗値は約０．００５Ω±０．００２Ωですが
実際にはさらに一桁多い０．００４７Ωまでほぼ安定するため仕様範囲外ですが
そのように明記となります。なお、ＹＯＫＯＧＡＷＡ　２７９３０１などでは
実際のゼロ付近の各ステップ再現・安定度±０．００１Ω程度です。

「試験データのみ付属」は校正用標準器のトレーサビリティ・実測誤差などが
不明で正しく校正されているかも不明なため、よくわからない標準器らしい？？
不明器との比較試験となり、信頼性のある正しい校正・点検にはなりません。

1. Issue of Authenticity: If antique or branded goods are found to be counterfeit upon receipt, clear photos showing the differences between the genuine product and the imitation must be provided as evidence. 2. Leaking Iron Teapot: If an antique iron teapot is leaking, please take clear photos of the leaking area and provide them.
