◇◆◇この作品は、昭和32年に棟方志功が、文豪・谷崎潤一郎の詠んだ歌に寄せて彫った板画を、手漉和紙の人間国宝・安部栄四郎の和紙に摺り上げ制作した棟方志功の貴重な板画集【歌々板画巻】の見開き板画【太陽と月の祭り】です。 [真作保証]◆◆◇

この板画集【歌々板画巻】に綴られている棟方志功の作品群は、キメ細かくなめらかで芸術性高い手漉和紙の上に、棟方の鋭いシャープな墨の彫味が見事に表現され、小品ではありますが24柵それぞれが大変魅力ある珠玉の逸品群です。

作品は人間国宝・安部栄四郎の手漉和紙摺りで、面金入りマットに上質な木製「濃茶」の特注額装

※額の裏面には、この板画集【歌々板画巻】の巻末にある、志功の落款朱印「棟方版画印」が押印された奥付（コピー）が添付しております。

この板画は、今までできたところの一番新しいものですが、わたくしの、今後の板画への大きな道を付けてくれたもののようです。
板画のあらゆる面と、あらゆる沁み沁さと、あらゆる板画のもつ道具の使いようを、わたくしに、高く示してくれているように思えます。
他の長い何十年かの板画へのわたくしの想いに、板画が贈りかえしてくれたような事になるやもしれません
