新品購入ではわからない経年変化試験データ付きで過去と現在の抵抗値
を比較することが可能です。出荷時に再高確度校正して納入です。

＠リード線は＃２２ＡＷＧを使用しているため抵抗値測定位置により
　最大０．００３Ωの違いが出ます。例えば公称抵抗値が１０．０００Ω
　の場合は抵抗値測定位置を決めてないと±０．０３％抵抗値が変化
　することになりますので「抵抗値許容差±０．０１％」は不可能！！
　＠＠Ω±０．０１％などとあるのは３５Ω以下で実現出来るのか？
　抵抗温度係数も同様で公称抵抗値が１０．０００Ω　抵抗温度係数
　±０．０ｐｐｍ／℃（抵抗器本体）としますと抵抗値測定位置により
　約＋１．２ｐｐｍ／℃変化しますのでこれも要注意ですね。
　今回の納入抵抗値は１３Ωではなく１３ｋΩですので抵抗温度係数
　±４．５ｐｐｍ／℃　抵抗値許容差　±０．０１％　となります。

　１０ｋΩレンジ内で測定可能なのが～１２ｋΩまでしか測定出来ない。
　１００ｋΩレンジにＵＰすると測定確度が少し悪くなるため、参考値扱い。
　ＳＯＬＡＲＴＲＯＮ　７０８１　の測定電圧は約１３Ｖで、ほぼ±１ｐｐｍ程度
　まで安定しているが、ＷＡＶＥＴＥＫ　ＹＯＫＯＧＡＷＡ　１２７１の測定
　電圧は約１．３Ｖで、±２ｐｐｍ程度まで安定しています。（参考値）
　なお、測定リード線は有名メーカ製のシールド付き４端子接続測定用
　のを使用しています。もちろん、絶縁抵抗（１ＴΩ以上）、導通確認済み。

校正で適正な測定確度が無く、確度仕様上意味の無い・有効で無い桁数まで
表示して「いかにも正確であるかのように見せかけている場合」があります。
基準器の確度仕様から本当にどこまで正確で有効な桁数かを考える必要が
あります。測定確度上適切で無いレンジ選択などにも十分注意が必要です。
画像６，７は８桁半マルチメータ　ＳＯＬＡＲＴＲＯＮ　７０８１で測定した
参考測定値画像で、画像６は７桁半表示となっており６桁半レベルまで
（ほぼ±１ｐｐｍ程度）安定を確認出来ます。画像７は８桁半表示で表示
桁数は多いですが実際には６桁半レベルでの測定ですので意味なしです。
（この画像６，７表示は参考値であってお送りする抵抗値ではありません）

あたりまえですが何桁の標準器であっても正しく校正、それなりのレベルの
トレース確度、正しい使用方法。一番重要なのは汎用ではない標準器専用
の専用テストリード線が必要で汎用品は５桁も安定しないなどとなります。

「試験データのみ付属」は校正用標準器のトレーサビリティ・実測誤差などが
不明で正しく校正されているかも不明なため、よくわからない標準器らしい？？
不明器との比較試験となり、信頼性のある正しい校正・点検にはなりません。
