フレンチワークやアメリカンヴィンテージに影響を受け、1979年にヴィンテージジーンズを復刻させた「STUDIO D'ARTISAN」。
かつての服をそのまま焼き直す「リプロダクト」ではなく、
日本にしかない生産背景や時代のエッセンスを取り入れながら、新しく「再構築」する事をブランドの指針としています。

そのSTUDIO D'ARTISAN(ステュディオ・ダルチザン)の先染めシリーズシャツです。

スタイルはレギュラーカラーのフルオープンシャツで、スソはカーブ状にカットされたラウンドボトムです。

素材はコットン100%のインディゴチェック生地です。
インディゴ染料で糸を先に染めてから綾織りしたシャツで、濃淡のある糸を組み合わせてチェック柄を表現しています。
ざっくりと織り上げられた柔らかく軽い生地で、通気性が高くサラッと羽織れるシャツに仕上がっています。
生地表面にはランダムな織りムラ、ネップ(糸の塊)があらわれ、自然で素朴な雰囲気があります。

先染めにより糸の中心部までしっかりと染色されているため、
深みのある色が出ており、経年変化による色落ちも楽しめます。

フロントは6つボタンによるフルオープン開閉式です。釦には猫目尿素ボタンが使用されています。

負荷のかかるショルダー部分にはもう1枚生地をあてた補強バックヨーク仕様です。

両胸にはボタン留めのパッチポケットが設けられています。

主要部分の縫製は、2本針巻き縫いのヴィンテージシャツの仕様を再現した王道的なつくりです。

両脇裾には補強用のマチが付き、空縫いすると出てくる「空環」の、2本針(ダブルステッチ)の撚り糸が垂れ下がっています。

※このアイテムはインディゴ染料が使用され、織物表面の余分な染料がこすれ落ちやすい傾向にあります。
そのため着古すまでは、濃いものと着合せたり、単独での洗濯をおこなってください。

※インディゴ染料は汗や雨などで生地が湿った場合に色落ちし、移染いたします。
