さて ヤ●オクでも 大好評 毎日 毎日 落札されてる Z400FX クラッチダンパーゴム



Z400FX Z550FXに 乗っていて クラッチあたりから 

カタカタ ガタガタ ゴトゴトと 音が出る



原因は クラッチハウジングのハウジングギア中に 圧入されてる

クラッチダンパーゴムの摩耗による ハウジングギアのガタです



この クラッチダンパーゴムを交換するだけで ENGからのカタカタ音

無くなります



●交換方法は クラッチを 全部 ばらしていただいて クラッチハウジングを取り出し ハウジングのリベット留め頭の6個を ドリルで3~4mm揉んで 頭をタガネか-ドライバーかサンダーで飛ばす ここまでは 大概の方できます が



●ここからは 精密機械加工の技術がいるので ボール盤持ってるバイク屋 機械加工屋さんに かならず依頼してください 

素人では クラッチハウジング 薄くて軽いので ドリルで揉んで 割れたり 欠けたりしますから やらない方が @絶対良いです 当方は 責任持ちません@



●次に クラッチハウジングの6本の支柱に残ってる リベットをドリルで 下穴を開けて最後は6ミリのタップで 貫通させてください で 6角フランジボルト首下18~19mmを用意し ハウジングの蓋のリベット穴 ドリルで少し揉んで大きくし ダンパーゴムをハウジングギアにCRC556等塗って入れて ロックタイトの中をボルトに塗って ハウジングの蓋を合わせて ねじで 止めれば 何回でも ダンパーゴム交換できます 



●詳しくは YOUTUBEで クラッチ ゴトゴト音 解消等 検索すると沢山出ます(CB750Fの クラッチゴトゴト音が 有名で 私も CB-F用ゴム販売しています)



●1枚目の画像は クラッチハウジングの リベットの頭飛ばして蓋を外したところ

●2枚目の画像は ハウジングギアの中の 摩耗したゴムの様子(これがカタカタ音の原因 ギアが 簡単に手で 動く)

●3枚目の画像は 新品のゴム6個 純正より 耐摩耗 耐油 耐熱仕様

●4枚目の画像は ハウジングギアに 新品のゴムをはめ込んだ所 ●ハウジングは別売

ネットや ツイッターでは ゴム1個が 2000~6000円前後で 販売されています 当方は 6個で4700円です
