■ 熟練の職人により1本づつ目立てした後に焼き入れして作られており抜群の切れ味と耐久性を備えています。 まさにMade in Japan(完全国内生産)ならではのヤスリです!
さらにヤスリ表面のBlack Oxide(酸化被膜)処理によりは錆の進行を防いでいます。

■ ヤスリを握り込めるハンディーサイズなのでナットの溝と深さの正確な加工が可能!

■ 本製品は鉄でできており耐久性と切れ味を上げるため焼き入れを行っております。
薬品を塗布するよりも強靭なヤスリが作れるように独自に調合された自然由来の物を使用しております。

目立ては手作業で一本ずつたがねで叩いて刻みを付ける作業をしております。
バリ取りを行って厚み調整をしておりますが、材を叩く結果、どうしても僅かながら厚みの誤差が出てしまいます。

耐久性とシャープな切れ味を追い求めた製作工程の都合上、焼き入れによる反りや厚みの誤差などがどうしても発生してしまいます。
何卒ご理解くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

■ Tune-O-Maticのブリッジを交換した場合は通常サドルの弦の溝加工が必要です。
またサドルで弦が切れてしまう事はありませんか?
これはサドルの溝にバリが出ていたり溝の調整が不十分な場合に起こります。
これらの加工や調整にもこのミゾやすりが必要です。

1. International Shipping

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
