バイキングカヤック忍の分割改造用のパーツのセットです

・プラスチック蝶番×2個
・アイレッツ×2個
・分割後の中央部固定用パーツ×2セット


2枚目以降は使用例と参考用です。

カヤックの艤装などにいかがでしょうか。
プラスチック素材の蝶番は海水での使用には最適です。
また、負荷への粘りのある気持ち柔らかい樹脂製のため、金物と違い変形の心配もありません。
2年以上使っておりますがヒンジ部は特に不具合や破損の心配もなく、ネジ固定部の厚みもあるため、強度も申し分ないと思います。

●蝶盤について、バイキングカヤック忍のセンターコンソールの改造用に使用していますが、コンソール内へのアクセスが容易になります。(特に魚探を設置した場合は必須とも言えます。)
カバーの窪みにいい具合にはまりますし、センターコンソールの素材にも違和感なく見た目もいい感じです。
※ネジとボルトの締めすぎにはご注意下さい。樹脂が割れる原因になります。

※写真3枚目のように分割箇所は若干隙間が開きます。

※バイキングカヤック忍の他、センターコンソール付きのカヤックの改造にもどうぞ。

●6枚目はアイレッツをコンソールに使用した写真です。手前半分の開閉する方につけて使用していますが使う頻度の多いペンチやフィッシュグリップ用に重宝しています。
写真7枚目に使用している皿ネジの長さものせておきますので参考にどうぞ。ネジのサイズ(太さ)はM5サイズがピッタリです。

●写真8~10枚目はセンターコンソール分割改造後のカバー中央部を固定するパーツです。

分割した場合、特に開閉時に中央部が不安定になるのを解消できます。(純正カバーは4隅で挺と固定しているので、分割した場合、中央部が固定されていないためカバーが上下左右に動き不安定になります。)

カバー側の固定は下穴を開けて挟むだけです。船体側はネジ固定しています。(純正もビス固定です。※ビスは付属いたしません。)

魚探をコンソールカバー上に設置する場合は重みでグラグラするためそのままでは使いにくいのですが、これで解決するのでおすすめです。

1. International Shipping

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
