レッカー作業での車輌吊上げや、機械設備等の移設据付けにご使用頂ける、5段伸縮天秤棒(無塗装品)の出品です。



送料無料です。



最小スパン(吊り穴芯〜芯)は1520mmで、穴ピッチが約275mm、最大スパンで2620mmになります。(サイズは約寸です)



1段目 1520mm →(最大使用荷重20t)

2段目 1795mm

3段目 2070mm

4段目 2345mm

5段目 2620mm→(最大使用荷重6t)



※最大使用荷重は、岡山県工業技術センターにて応力解析の結果による数値です。



収納時の天秤サイズは約1640mm、シャックルを除く天秤棒の重量は約19kgになります。



使用材は▢60×3.2t、▢50×3.2tのしっかりとした材料を使用しております。



写真7~10枚目は、約2.7tのフォークリフトを吊り上げております。参考にしてみて下さい。



両端のフック部には、レーザー切断した22mm厚のスチールフックに、32mm径の穴開けをしています。



22Φ のシャックル(1個当たり使用耐荷重1.5t)を4個付属します。



表示しております最大使用荷重とは、あくまでも伸縮天秤棒自体の最大荷重です。

使用時は必ずシャックルをご使用下さい。



付属のシャックルは1.5t用ですので、それ以上の重量物にご使用する場合には、吊上げ重量によって、シャックル(種類、サイズ)をご自身で選定してご用意下さい。



また、ご使用時の事故による保証は致しかねます。

ご了承の上、最大使用荷重の範囲内で安全作業でご使用下さい。



また無塗装品の為、ご自身でお好きな色に塗装して下さい。



製作過程及び素材の元々の多少の傷が有る場合もございますがご了承下さい。

1. International Shipping

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
