紀州 自然梅酢「恵」(200ml)★昔ながらの製法★無肥料・無農薬の自然栽培★

一切の農薬や肥料を使わず、自然の循環のみで育てた自然栽培の完熟梅を漬ける時に染み出た琥珀色梅酢をそのままビン詰めしました。



梅酢は梅干しを作る過程でできる液体です。



梅ポリフェノールやクエン酸など、梅の栄養がたっぷり含まれています。(*^^*)



また、様々なお料理にもお使いいただける万能調味料です。



こちらの商品の生産者は和歌山県の三尾農園さんです。



三尾さんは、豊かさを求めた社会が環境や食べ物までも汚染していることへ危機感を感じ、「よい食べ物」と「正しい食事」の大切さを痛感。



25年前から無農薬栽培に取り組まれている、大変実直な生産者さんです。



梅の漬け原材料は、高知室戸岬の海洋深層水の塩を使っております。



添加物や化学調味料等は一切使用していませんので、安心してご利用いただけます(*^^*)



爽やかな酸味が美味しく、きゅうりやわかめのサラダや和え物などに最適です。



ドレッシング替わりや、炭酸や焼酎などにお好みで入れると、爽やかな梅の風味ドリンクが完成♪





気温が高くなると、表面に白いカビ状のものが発生することがあります。



これは産膜酵母が発生したもので、品質に問題はございませんが、発生がみられた時は目の細かい布等でこしてお使いください。



出来れば冷蔵庫に入れて置かれることをお薦めします。



保存料などの添加物を一切使用していない本物の梅酢。

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
