それぞれ出品しています。蜜蝋とひまわり油(ハイリノール種)のみで作った天然成分100%の木材用保護艶出しワックスです。

ひまわり油は乾性油で樹脂のように固まります。

木の繊維の中まで浸透、樹脂化し、蜜蝋が表面をコーティングします。

木に強度、防水性、光沢を与え、かつ通気性を保ち呼吸も妨げません。

使用を重ねるほどに風合いが増していきます。

亜麻仁油、荏胡麻油は特有のにおいがありますがひまわり油はほぼ無臭です。



いろいろな木製品に使えます。家具などの金属部には、乾拭きに使った布で拭きあげるぐらいできれいに仕上がります。

ニスなどの様に一度に仕上げてしまうというより、塗って乾拭き、時々乾拭き、たまに塗ってまた乾拭きと、

日々の生活の中でゆっくりと仕上げていく感じで良いと思います。



【用途】

室内の木部 フローリング 家具 木、竹製品 和竿 アンティーク

主に無塗装の木材に適します。またオイルフィニッシュ仕上げ、バターミルクペイントなどの天然塗料との相性が良いです。

ニス、ラッカー等、皮膜の薄い塗装が、経年で痛んできた場合、良い風合いに仕上がります。

漆は本来の手入れ法が良いですが、経年で痛みが出て塗り直すしかない、といった場合に使ってみてください。蘇ります。



革へのご使用の場合

植物油は革に良いとは言えません。

ひまわり油の性質上、時間の経過で樹脂化し固くなります。

柔らかくなりすぎた革、型崩れさせたくないところ、靴の革底、コバ面には適しています。



【使用方法】

スポンジ、ウエスに馴染ませ、薄く均一に塗ります。徐々にオイル分が浸透していきますので、頃合いを見て乾ぶきします。

(材質、気温により30分~60分位) 着色成分ははいっておりませんが、使用を重ねるごとに徐々にアンティーク家具や弦楽器の様な琥珀色へ変わっていきます。

*桐、白木などで、木の白さを保ちたい場合は不向きです。
