厚みについて

3mmの厚さは適度な厚さで、エントリーレベルとみなされ、一般的なオフィスワークや時折のゲームなど、価格を重視する方に適しています。4mmの厚さは、手首への負担を軽減し、長時間の作業やゲームをするお客様に最適な、快適な厚さとして広く認識されています。

追記:厚いほど良いというわけではありません。適切な厚さがベストです。マウスパッドは厚すぎても薄すぎても手首への負担を軽減できず、むしろ圧迫感を増大させてしまいます。4mmの厚さを強くお勧めします。

匂いについて

この製品は環境に優しく、無毒です!マウスパッドは天然ゴム製で、高温印刷工程で臭いが発生します。臭いがない場合はゴムではありません。お届けした商品に臭いが付着している場合がございますが、これは正常な現象です。風通しの良い場所に干すか、洗濯洗剤を入れた水に浸して自然乾燥させてください。ご安心ください。

色の違い、サイズの誤差について

色の違いについてご説明いたします。まず、同じ画像でも、お使いのスマートフォンやパソコンによって色が若干異なります。そのため、色の違いが生じるのは当然のことです。当社は輸入機材と輸入インクを使用しているため、優れた色再現性を実現しています。色の違いを最小限に抑えるよう努めておりますので、安心してご購入ください。

完成品の裁断や裾上げなどの工程により、柄やサイズに1~2cmの誤差が生じる場合がございますが、これは正常な現象であり、避けられないものであり、アフターサービス上の問題とはみなされません。
