JZX100 JZX110 JZS171 JZA80 JZS161 などに搭載されている可変バルタイ付1JZ系 2JZ系のIN側プーリーのOリングです。



適合VVT-iプーリー純正品番「13050-46010」



VVTプーリーからオイル漏れをする場合、このOリングを交換することでオイル漏れ修理が可能です。

修理に関しては、メーカーでは非分解となっておりますので個人の責任で実施してください。



当方のOリングは完全適合なので、購入したままそのまま取り付け可能です。

非分解の新品プーリーを分解し純正材質、サイズを解析し交換作業性良好で純正同等以上の耐久性を確保しています。

装着溝より直径が小さいなどのことが無く装着前に引っ張って伸ばしたりする必要がありません。

適正なサイズのOリングを使用しないとOリングがヘタって来た際にボルト等が緩んでくる可能性などが考えれます。

引っ張って伸ばさないと装着できないようなOリングを推奨している情報も出回っていますが、常に外周が引っ張られている状は(伸びてしまって引張応力が働いているので)、機械的に適合Oリングの規格とは言えません。

またそのような装着方法は、本来のOリングの使用方法ではありません。ご注意ください。

発送物はOリング1個のみとなります。



プーリーのシールワッシャー付も出品しております。この部分からのオイル漏れも発生しますので同時交換を推奨いたしますので、ご検討下さい。

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
