2023年頃にSNSを中心に話題になり、気になって
3本購入したものの、私の口には合いませんでした。

暗所で常温にて保管していました。

私が開けて呑んでいるピスコには、
瓶の側面下側にCOSECHA2022(スペイン語で収穫)
と記載があります。

Q:ピスコポルトンの保管方法を教えてください。
A:ウイスキーやジンなど、その他の蒸留酒同様、常温での保管をおすすめしております。保管期間についてはメーカーも具体的な期限を設けておりませんが、未開封か開封後かに関わらず、蒸留酒ですので極端な温度変化がない限り数年~は品質を落とさずに保存いただけます。 また、面白いことに、一度開封されたものを、蓋をして1週間~数か月間保存しているとボトルの中で熟成が深まりブドウの風味が強まったとの声を多数伺っております。時間と共に変化する味の違いを楽しんでいただけることも、ピスコポルトンの特長の1つかと存じます。

・"PISCO PORTÓN"ブランド
これまで世界のスピリッツ競技会で150以上のメダルを獲得している、ピスコ界のトップブランドです。
モストベルデxアチョラードはピスコ界においてもレアで、PORTÓNはその中でもトップブランドとして認知されています。

・ピスコとは
収穫されたばかりの新鮮なブドウの果汁を発酵させものを、原産地呼称の基準を維持する伝統的な方法で蒸留して作られる蒸留酒です。
ブランデーの製造方法とよく似ていますが、樽で熟成させないため無色透明であることがペルーピスコの特徴です。
1リットルのピスコを作るために9~15kg超のブドウを使用するため、大量生産が困難なお酒です。

・アチョラード
ペルーの海岸で栽培される特定品種のブドウのうち2種類以上をブレンドして製造する方式です。PORTÓNのアチョラードは、ブドウ品種のうち、芳香品種のトロンテルとアルビージャ、非芳香品種のケブランタの3種類を使用しています。

・モストベルデ
果汁の発酵工程の途中から蒸留を行うことで、ブドウ本来が持つ糖分の全てをアルコールへ変換させることなく製造する手法です。750mlのボトルあたり8.6~15kgのブドウが使用され、贅沢で濃厚なフレーバーをもたらします。

8. Refusal of items is not allowed after they arrive at our Japanese receiving point.

Air freight: If the arrival notice exceeds seven days and the status of the goods is not confirmed, a customer complaint will occur and the seller will not be able to report it.
