■インドの不思議な鼻うがい

インドで鼻うがいをするときに使われる水差しです。ネティポットとも呼ばれるヨーガのアイテム。先端の円錐がポイントで、これを鼻の穴にいれて鼻をすすぎます。

花粉症などのアレルギーの時はもちろん、普段から鼻の中を綺麗にして快適に暮らしましょう。少量の塩を溶かした水で鼻うがいをすると、鼻の中がスッキリしますよ。

■ネティポットの使い方

1.ぬるま湯(25度〜30度)の生理食塩水をつくってください。水は精製水を使うか、殺菌のために煮沸後に冷ましたお湯を使います。1リットル(1キログラム)の水に9グラムの食塩を混ぜればできあがりです。
2.片方の鼻腔にポットを差し込み、頬を傾けポット内の水溶液を反対の鼻腔へ流します。自然に水が流れるようにします。
3.反対側の鼻腔からも同様に流し込みます。

■ご注意

●使用中はちょっと恥ずかしい顔になりますので、人の前ではやらない方がいいと思います
●鼻うがい後に、思いきり鼻をかまないで下さい。鼓膜に損傷をきたす場合があるそうです。
●就寝2時間前は洗浄しないで下さい。洗浄液が排出されず、鼻腔内に残ってしまう場合があるそうです。
●ご使用中に何かあった場合は使用を控え、専門医の診断に従ってください

おことわりこちらは現地文化紹介用の商品となります。ご使用時には、必ず水のみを入れるようお願いいたします。水も長期間入れ続けるのは避けてください。特に酸性飲料や食品は入れないようご注意ください。スポーツ飲料など、特に酸性の飲料は過度に銅が溶出される為きけんです。洗浄後の水切りが不十分だと、銅イオンが過度に出てしまうことがあるので、使用後はよく乾燥させてください。また、金属アレルギーの方はご使用いただけません。お薬を服用されている方、持病のある方は主治医へお問い合わせください。
