1. What is Letao Dollar?
Letao Dollar is a cashback reward issued by Letao. It can be used to offset purchase costs on the Letao platform. 1 Letao Dollar is equivalent to SGD 1.
2. Where can Letao Dollar be used on Letao?
Letao Dollar can be used for all products on Letao, including both bidding and proxy shopping services—enjoy rewards with every purchase.
3. What fees can Letao Dollar be used for?
Letao Dollar can be used to offset costs in both the “First Payment” and “Second Payment” stages, including product price, service fees, domestic Japan shipping, international shipping, and other related charges. Actual eligible items will be shown at the checkout page.
4. When will Letao Dollar be issued?
1. The issuance and validity period of Letao Dollar will be based on the terms of Letao's promotional campaigns.
2. Please read the campaign details carefully and use the Letao Dollar within the validity period. Expired Letao Dollars will be void and will not be reissued.
3. Letao reserves the right to limit, modify, change, or terminate the use of Letao Dollar at any time. Any changes will be announced on the official website without prior notice.
5. Does Letao Dollar expire?
Yes. Letao Dollar is generally valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired Letao Dollars will not be reissued. If issued through a promotional campaign, the validity period will follow the specific campaign rules.
6. If my order is cancelled, will the used Letao Dollar be refunded?
If your order (partially or fully) is cancelled or refunded, the Letao Dollar used will be returned to your account with an extended validity of 30 days.
However, Letao Dollar will not be refunded in cases of abandoned bids or unpaid orders.
7. Can Letao Dollar be converted to cash?
Letao Dollar cannot be converted to cash. It is non-transferable, non-resellable, and cannot be shared or used by any other member account.
Letao Dollar is strictly limited to use within a single member account and cannot be combined across accounts.
8. What are the usage restrictions of Letao Dollar?
1. Orders that remain unpaid for more than 48 hours.
2. Cash-equivalent products (e.g., gift cards, vouchers).
3. Orders with shipping from Japan to Japan.
