Your experience using Letao's service and your impressions from unboxing the product.

Platform name: “Letao”.

Full product name (including brand) and purchase platform (e.g., Apple iPhone 15 Pro, Rakuten Japan).

Each post must include:

At least 5 clear original photos of the product (covering full view, details, usage scenes).

OR one original video of 15 seconds or longer (must include subtitles or voiceover).

Only original content is accepted – use of official or third-party images/videos is not allowed.

All posts must be reviewed and approved by the Letao team before being accepted.
-
If not approved, members must revise and resubmit within 7 days.
-
Members will be disqualified after three failed submission attempts.

Cashback will be issued within 7 business days after content is approved by the manual review.

Posts must not appear as paid promotions or advertisements (e.g. mentioning participation in the campaign or inviting others to join).

By participating, members agree that Letao may use the post content for promotional and reposting purposes.

Letao reserves the final interpretation rights of this campaign.
- The campaign runs from July 1, 2026 (00:00) to August 31, 2026 (23:59).
- Products featured in unboxing posts must be purchased through Letao (mercari products excluded).
- Each order number can only be used to participate once and cannot be changed or re-applied after submission.
- Each member can join Zone1+Zone2 unboxing campaign once per period. Duplicate entries using multiple accounts are not allowed.
- If your product is collectible or fragile, please consider carefully before submitting an unboxing post.
- Posts will be reviewed within 7 business days. Once approved, the S$10 + S$10 reward will be issued to your account.
- Reward validity: 30 days from the issuance date.
- Rewards can only be used for the first payment on JDirectItems Auction and Proxy Purchase services.
- Posts must not be deleted or altered. Deleted posts may result in reward withdrawal.
- Posts containing misleading, defamatory, or unrelated content will be rejected.
- Letao reserves the right to approve, modify, or disqualify posts at its sole discretion.
- By participating, you agree that Letao may share or repost your content for promotional use.
- Any order using rewards that is cancelled for non-Letao reasons will not receive an extended validity on refunded rewards.
- Do not include personal seller information in your post.
- Due to Mercari's policy on protecting Japanese sellers' personal information, proxy-purchased items or order numbers from the Mercari platform are not eligible for the unboxing review campaign.
- Accounts with cancellation history or warnings are not eligible.
- Violation of any guidelines may result in revoked rewards and disqualification.
